Fortune Village Reservation Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation at Fortune Village, you acknowledge and agree that;

Credit Card Deposit

  1. A credit card deposit is required to secure all “Groups Bookings” (meaning a booking for 15 or more people), in accordance with the following table;
    • Group Bookings of 15 to 24 people require a $150 deposit (including GST).
    • Group Bookings of 25 to 40 people require a $300 deposit (including GST).
    • Group Bookings of more than 40 people require a $1,000 deposit (including GST).
  2. Your deposit will be applied towards the final bill for your booking.
  3. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Cancellation and Deposit Policy
  1. In order to honour your reservation, Fortune Village may turn away other customers and lose other potential business. For this reason, early notice of any cancellation would be appreciated.
  2. Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the following scale;
    • If more than 5 days notice of cancellation is given, the entire deposit will be refunded.
    • If between 3 and 5 days notice of cancellation is given, a “Fortune Village Voucher” (meaning a voucher which can be redeemed in the Fortune Village restaurant and which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue) will be issued in an amount equivalent to the amount of the deposit.
    • If 2 or less days notice of cancellation is given;
      • If the Group Booking is for less than 25 people, a Fortune Village Voucher will be issued in an amount equivalent to the amount of the deposit.
      • If the Group Booking is for more than 25 people, a Fortune Village Voucher will be issued in an amount equivalent to 50% of the deposit. The balance of the deposit will be forfeit.
  3. You acknowledge that any refund will be processed to the same credit card used to pay the deposit.
  4. You acknowledge that any Fortune Village Voucher issued can only be redeemed for products and/or services offered by Fortune Village restaurant, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given from any Fortune Village voucher.
  5. You acknowledge that your table/s will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes after the reserved time. Failure to arrive within this time will be considered a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply as referred to herein.
  6. On agreement of the terms and conditions a representative of the Fortune Village will be in contact with you by phone or email to process your deposit.
